Are the results permanent? Most pigmented lesions if completely removed will not return. At times, however, sun exposure may cause spots to return. Permanence can not be guaranteed. You will also have continue to develop more age spots and freckles with time, and the appearance of these new lesions should not be confused with recurrence.

How many treatments are required? The number of treatments depends on the lesion being treated. Solar lesions require 1-3 treatments whereas birthmarks and freckles can take up to 12 treatments. Recommended treatment intervals are 1 month.
